Governing Law:State of Maryland (U.S.A.), and applicable consumer laws of your residence (e.g., California).
A. Acceptance of Terms
By accessingwww.imokjt.com(the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.
B. Orders and Production
- After you submit a design (image, text, color choice), iMOKJT reviews it within 24 hours.
- We reserve the right to refuse any design that infringes intellectual property or contains prohibited material.
- Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Each piece is handcrafted; minor variations are a normal part of artistic workmanship.
C. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and include taxes as displayed at checkout.
- iMOKJT reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or update rates without notice.
- A binding sales contract is formed once payment is successfully processed.
D. Intellectual Property and Customer License
- All content on this Site (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of iMOKJT and protected by U.S. and international law.
- By uploading a design, you affirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant iMOKJT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:Manufacture and deliver your custom jewelry; andDisplay anonymized images of completed work as portfolio examples (without revealing your personal information unless you give written consent).
E. Product Description and Color Variation
Product images are for reference only. Due to screen settings and hand-applied enamel, minor color differences are not defects.
F. Limitation of Liability
- iMOKJT is not liable for errors resulting from customer-supplied designs or measurements.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by shipping delays or carrier issues.
- Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
G. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, U.S.A.
- Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation first.
- If unresolved, claims may be filed in state or federal courts in Maryland, unless your state’s consumer laws require otherwise.
H. Termination and Modification
- iMOKJT may modify the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice; updates take effect upon posting.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse of services.
I. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and iMOKJT and supersede all prior understandings.
