Refund & Return Policy

A. Nature of Our Products
Every iMOKJT jewelry piece is custom-made based on your personal design inputs (such as a child’s drawing, a pet portrait, a wedding image, engraving text, or enamel color selection).
Under UCC § 2-316 and FTC definitions, these are “custom-made items.”
Once a design enters production, it cannot be resold or reused.
Therefore, all custom orders are final and non-refundable once production has begun.
However, we still provide fair after-sales protection in specific cases outlined below.
B. Refunds or Replacements Are Available If
- Production Error – The engraving, metal type, or enamel color differs materially from the confirmed order.
- Damage or Defect – The item arrives broken, damaged, or with clear manufacturing defects (please provide photos within 14 days of receipt).
- Fulfillment Error – We sent the wrong product or quantity.
How to Request:
Email support@imokjt.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, including your order number, description, and photos.
If approved, we’ll send a return address. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
C. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available for:
- Low-resolution or inaccurate design files, color differences, or text errors provided by the customer;
- Changes requested more than 24 hours after order confirmation;
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged;
- Minor handcrafted variations consistent with artisan tolerances;
- Subjective reasons (“color looks different,” “size slightly off,” “I changed my mind”).
D. Shipping and Returns
- Customers must use a trackable shipping method for returns.
- If the return is due to iMOKJT’s error or a verified defect, we cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for postage and handling fees.
E. Special Notes
- Refunds cover only the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping, customization, duties, insurance, or gift packaging).
- Gift cards, vouchers, and discount codes are non-refundable.
- We comply with state laws such as California Civil Code § 1723 regarding consumer disclosure of return policies.
