04/Review & Refine Your Design
Your Atelier Director reviews your concept, and our designers create a professional 2D proof within 1-2 business days.
We Refine Until Perfect: Most clients request 1-2 rounds of refinements- included at no extra cost. If the proof isn't exactly right, simply let us know. We will refine the details until it perfectly matches your vision. We do not start crafting until you give your 100% final approval.
05/ Crafting Your Heirloom
Once approved, your piece enters our Atelier for the full fine-jewelry workflow. It undergoes 30+ meticulous steps of handcrafting:
3D Modeling → Precision Casting → Metal Detailing & Pre-Polishing → Gemstone Setting → Hand-Painted Enamel → Final Mirror Polishing
Our enamel is hand-painted layer by layer. From the fire of the kiln to the final polish, every detail is intentional. This journey of artistry takes 2-3 weeks.
06/ Director's Final Inspection
Perfection is our standard. Before packaging, your piece undergoes a strict triple-check inspection personally overseen by the Atelier Director.
We verify the metal purity, enamel color accuracy, and structural integrity to ensure it meets our rigorous heirloom standards.
07/ Receive Your Unique Piece
Your finished jewelry is elegantly packaged in our signature gift box, including a complimentary gift card (we can hand-write your message).
Delivered in approximately 3-5 weeks from order.
